About Me

I have been a Cheshire resident for 33 years and a proud member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for 18 years.

Professionally I am a registered nurse and earned a Master’s degree in Social Services. Prior to retiring I was head nurse at various hospitals and a Director of Nursing at a convalescent home. I also worked at Anthem Blue Cross where my responsibilities included corporate audit, clinical quality and psychiatric case management.

I am a member of the Threshold Youth program at the Manson Youth Institute in Cheshire and a Justice of the Peace.

I first ran for Zoning Board of Appeals because I wanted to assist my fellow citizens. The Zoning Board of Appeals helps property owners resolve zoning related issues that may inhibit the most productive use of their property.

I am proud to have helped numerous applicants over the years and am looking forward to another term.
